She advises healthtech companies, biotechnology companies and pharmaceutical laboratories on securing the commercialisation of their products, with recognised expertise in contracts, pricing, commercial relationships, distribution and pharmaceutical regulation, including the French anti-gift rules governing relations with healthcare professionals (loi anti-cadeaux).
She also advises on radiology and medical imaging (teleradiology, structuring of practices and imaging centres, imaging devices and diagnostic AI), tort liability, professional ethics for healthcare professionals and public procurement.
