Philippe Feitussi is the Managing Partner of Stephen Ailwood Legal Paris. A business lawyer for more than twenty-five years, he advises clients on both advisory and contentious matters, including negotiations, legal structuring, and court and arbitration proceedings.
His clients include industrial and real estate groups, banks, business angels, investment funds and sovereign states.
After a period in Oxford, he began his career as an associate at Giroux-Buhagiar & Associés. In 2001, he set up the business law department of a major Paris firm specialising in environmental law, where he became a partner.
In 2007, he took part in founding Genesis Avocats, where he served as managing partner for thirteen years, and founded Genesis Alliance. He was then a partner at De Gaulle Fleurance & Associés from 2020 to 2022, and subsequently a worldwide Equity Partner at DWF, before taking the helm of Stephen Ailwood Legal Paris.
The Legal 500 (2014 edition) described him as a fine strategist, praising his command and ingenuity in resolving clients’ issues.
Philippe has lectured for several years, notably at the Universities of Paris I and Paris V, CNAM, ESAM and INSEEC. From 1998 to 2001, he was also involved in child protection work. He works in French, English and Spanish.
