Stéphanie is Secretary General and Paralegal at Stephen Ailwood Legal Paris. With nearly thirty years of experience in law firms, she oversees the organisation and smooth running of the firm and supports the lawyers in managing their matters.
She began her career in 1997 as a legal secretary at MHM in Paris. In 2002, she joined Huglo Lepage & Associés as a legal assistant, where she met Philippe Feitussi. While there, she obtained the French law clerk diploma (diplôme de clerc d’avocat) in 2005, specialising in civil procedure, from ENADEP.
In 2007, she worked alongside Philippe Feitussi to set up Genesis Avocats, a business law firm. In 2020, she joined De Gaulle Fleurance & Associés together with Philippe Feitussi, Géraldine Salem, Anthony Sarciaux and Juliette Lavergne, then moved with the team to DWF France in 2022, before taking part in founding Stephen Ailwood Legal Paris in 2026.
Holding a BTS (two-year higher national diploma) in Executive Secretarial Studies, Stéphanie brings in-depth knowledge of procedure and of how a law firm operates to the service of the partners and their clients.
